This panel will be held on September 25th, 2008 from 4:00-5:50 PM at the Walter E.
Washington D.C. Convention Center in Washington, D.C. at 801 Mount Vernon Place, NW.

an invited panelist during the CBC's Annual Legislative Conference. During this
